Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Rogue ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. About this website
This website describes Rogue and lets you get in touch with us. It is provided for general information. Using the Rogue service itself, for example by a dealership, is governed by a separate agreement with us, which prevails over these terms for that service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- send spam, malware or content that is abusive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
- probe, scan or test the website's security, or interfere with its operation or other people's use of it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the website or submit the contact form, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- pretend to be another person or organization.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Messages you send us
When you write to us through the contact form, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We use it to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't include confidential, payment or government-identification information. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, messages are not treated as confidential, and sending one does not create a business relationship.
4. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, graphics and the Rogue name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
5. Text messages and dealerships
Text conversations that Rogue has on behalf of a dealership are sent by, and are the responsibility of, that dealership. Replying STOP to a message stops further texts from that number.
6. Third-party links
The website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
7. No warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Descriptions of our service are general and don't amount to a commitment about specific results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may change the website or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
